Mission - Our mission is to be a change agent in the transformation of the Mississippi Delta from a perceived place of poverty, low skills, and despair to a place of prosperity, abundant skills, and hope.

Why Do We Exist?

Purpose - We exist to be a catalyst in transforming poor communities in the Delta to a culture of positive possibilities and a place where there are many opportunities for all residents to thrive and enjoy life.

What Do We Want?

Vision - We want all residents of the Delta to be healthy, educated, economically self sufficient and enjoying living in environments and communities in which the people believe in themselves and are creating positive futures for them and the children in the communities.
