Gloria Dickerson, CEO & Founder

Gloria Carter Dickerson is the founder and CEO of We2gether Creating Change, a not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to be a change agent in the transformation of the Mississippi Delta from a perceived place of poverty, low skills, and despair to a place of prosperity, abundant skills, and hope.  The organization exists to be a catalyst in transforming poor communities in the Delta to a culture of positive possibilities and a place where there are many opportunities for children and families to live meaningful, good and successful lives. The organization began its work in September, 2009.

Tierra Fountain

Based in Drew, MS Tierra Fountain, is the Executive Administrative Assistant for We2gether Creating Change. She has been at an employee of the organization since 2011. Tierra Fountain is a graduate of Drew High school. She continued her education at Mississippi Delta Community College, Coahoma Community College and Delta State University. She enjoys participating in community events and facilitating youth workshops.

Troy Larry Wilson Jr.

Troy Larry Wilson Jr., a native of Drew, MS, is the Assistant/Clerk at We2gether Creating Change. He has been an employee of the organization since 2014. He is as 2012 graduate of Drew Hunter High School and attended Coahoma Community College before transferring to Mississippi Delta Community College. His passions are volunteering for his hometown, participating in community events, and the love he has for the children in the program.

Khadijah Mitchell

Khadijah Mitchell, a resident of Drew, MS, is a 2012 graduate of Drew Hunter High School. She attended Coahoma Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems in 2015. She also attended Delta State University were she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2018.
