At We2gether Creating Change, we proudly opened the Mae Bertha Learning Center in 2017, responding to the community's need for a dedicated meeting space and an expanding array of workshops. This vibrant hub features Wi-Fi, three classrooms, a child activity room equipped with computers, a private area for confidential conversations, and exhibits celebrating local African American history and culture, along with a tranquil meditation room. Our workshops flourish here, and local residents can also use the space for their own activities. Additionally, we have established the Meeting Place, designed to accommodate up to 100 people for community gatherings. Together, these facilities empower our community to unite, collaborate, and envision a future where everyone can thrive—happy, healthy, and whole.

Curriculum Overview
Gloria Dickerson will lead a series of transformative classes over 10 consecutive weeks, offering a diverse array of subjects aimed at empowering participants. The classes include:

Objective: Understand the workings of local, state, and national governments, including the roles of the mayor, board of alderpersons, county supervisors, state representatives, and US Senators. Engage in meaningful discussions about community involvement.
Law of Attraction
Objective: Discover how to manifest your desires—be it financial abundance, loving relationships, or overall well-being—by harnessing the principles of attraction.
Mindfulness and Meditation
Objective: Learn techniques to calm your emotions and find peace in the present moment, effectively managing feelings like anger, depression, and sadness.
The Happy Millionaire
Objective: Gain insights into effective money management and wealth accumulation, embracing the idea that financial success is a positive force in your life.
